“What is the length of shipping on your Allied Diesel American Made parts or other companies’ parts?”

All orders are usually processed same business day. In stock items take 3-7 business days.

All other companies’ parts that are in stock take about 3-5 business days, non-stocking items must be drop shipped from the manufacturer so supply and delivery time can vary.

*business days are Monday-Friday.

“What is the return policy on your products?”

If the order was a error on our behalf, we will return the product at no charge to our customer. If the product is a return or exchange requested from a customer, it must be within 30 days from the purchase date, with the original receipt, and in the condition it was sold to the client with all the hardware included.  If the product is returned to us damaged/broken or missing parts we will not refund the original purchase amount.

“What is the warranty on your products?”

We will only warranty products purchased from Allied Diesel Performance. Manufacturer warranties vary, and the customer is responsible to register their products.
